Advent Calendar: Last Sunday of Advent

Advent Calendar: Last Sunday of Advent

"Drop down dew, ye heavens, from above, and let the clouds rain the Just: let the earth be opened and bud forth a Savior. The heavens show forth the glory of God: and the firmament declareth the work of His hands. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost." -Is. 45:8

So that Jesus might increase . . . I have to decrease. He will increase in proportion to my decrease . . .If I do not decrease, I keep Him from increasing. Why is He so small to me? It is I who am not small enough, not humble enough; may I therefore finally become humble, may I therefore finally humble myself, and Jesus will increase. -St. Bernadette
