We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the merchandise. Items must be returned in saleable condition and returned within the time frame listed below. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you may return it at any time for refund or replacement. 

Please note: All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact our Customer Service Department for authorization or more information. 

Angelus Press will receive for full credit or exchange all merchandise returned to us in original, saleable condition and meeting the following guidelines:

  • Items must be free of any markings, smudges, stickers and/or sticker residue.
  • Books must not be bent or torn.
  • Audio, video, and CD-ROM cases must not be scratched, cracked or broken.
  • Full credit is given for the merchandise only, and does not include either the original nor return shipping costs.

Angelus Press will replace or refund any merchandise that is defective or damaged in transit:

  • Defects in manufacturing are anything that renders the product unusable, e.g. pages missing or upside down, etc. (this does not include typos).
  • If your order was damaged in transit and must be returned, we will send you a call tag (pick up tag) or label at our expense for the return.
  • Report all damage to Angelus Press within five business days. 
  • When reporting damaged merchandise, please inform Customer Service if the shipping carton was damaged as well, e.g. wet, split, crushed, or in otherwise poor condition. Please photograph the damaged package as this is generally required for filing a claim.

Returns will be accepted in the following time frame:

  • Individual accounts — within 30 days from date of invoice.
  • Church and school accounts — within 3 months from the date of invoice.
  • Bookstore accounts — within 3 months from date of invoice.

When packing merchandise for return, please refer to the following guide lines:

  • Items must be well packed, flat and not on spines or edges. The condition of an undamaged return is your responsibility, please pack with care.
  • Empty space within a box must be filled with packing paper, bubble wrap, or Styrofoam packing.
  • Please do not use newspaper, magazines, or ads as the ink may transfer to the items.
  • Each box must include: 1. Your name, 2. Your address, 3. A photocopy of the original invoice or order confirmation.

  • Returns not meeting these minimal criteria will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.
