Having thought I possessed all of the Archbishop's books, I discovered I didn't have this one. So far it is on par with his usual excellence. Much of the time we probably don't realize how brilliant he was. He was a gift from God and besides intellectual brilliance he possessed prudence, fortitude, temperance, and justice. I highly recommend this book to all serious traditional Catholics and, of course, all who want to know more about this wonderful man.
Lefebvre, while using St. Thomas as his guide, provides great instruction for how seminarians are to view the Church's traditional theology. Lefebvre makes clear, that the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus was purposeful, given the necessity of belonging to Christ's true church.
