A Joyful Anticipation...

We wait - we refrain from celebrating Christmas as if it has already come; we increase our prayers and sacrifices - so the greater joy will be ours when we welcome Christ into our hearts at Christmas. 

End of the Liturgical Year

This week many of us are thinking about resolutions we would like to make and what is the best way to conform our lives to the season of Advent when the world is already celebrating Christmas. Once again we will wait for Our Lord in prayerful and penitential preparation.

The Conference for Catholic Tradition Has Begun!

Fr. Wegner opened with a beautiful introduction about the theme of this conference: "Life" - that life is sacred and that from conception to death, we are in the hands of God. The other talks were also diverse and thought-provoking.
